Originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, Aaron is a University of Miami's Frost School of Music graduate. He studied with Grammy Award winning trumpeter Brian Lynch and performed with some of the  university's top ensembles, the Concert Jazz Band. Among other performances, Aaron has shared stage with the likes of David Liebman, Frank Greene, Dave Holland, Nick Smart, and Steve Miller.
